Jason Crowe: People underestimate the basketball level here

Levski′s only new addition this season - Jason Crowe has started to settle in with Titi Papazov′s team. The American playmaker, who replaced another American on the team - Bobby Frasor talked to gong.bg about how he is settling in with the 2010 BIBL champions Levski.
 
Q: You are the only new player in the team, how do you feel in Bulgaria?
 
JC: I′m trying to settle in. I′m still getting used to the coach and he is getting used to me. We have enough time ahead of us and I think everything will be fine.
 
Q: What are your impressions of the level of basketball here?
 
JC: I think that people underestimate the level of basketball here. But I think you don′t pay enough attention to the junior players, and I think you′ve got a lot of talents. The future might be bright, as there are a lot of young players coming up. I see some young players playing good, and I see some players becoming coaches. We have a good head coach and a good assistant, and that′s exactly what′s needed for improving your basketball.
