Levski visiting OKK in search for their third straight win

The defending champions of the EUROHOLD Balkan League - BC Levski are visiting OKK Beograd in Hala Pionir in Belgrade, in search of their third straight win. In the first two rounds Levski won against Ulcinj (81:58) and Brod-Svjetlost (94:60). OKK Beograd has played only one game so far, but it was a win - 66:72 away from home against Brod-Svjetlost.   Those two teams are already familiar with each other, as they played two games in the last edition of the BIBL - 2009/2010. Levski managed to win at home in Universiada (92:84), while OKK escaped with an overtime win in Pionir (103:100), as both were games from the group phase of the EUROHOLD BIBL.   This year Levski and OKK are performing well not only in the Balkan League, but at home as well. After four rounds in Bulgaria, Levski are second in the table with a 3-1 balance. OKK Beograd are also second in Serbia with a 4-2 balance.   OKK were left by their top scorer Slavko Stefanovic (26.0 ppg), and now will have to rely on other players to do the job - such as Dragan Mitrovic, Srdjan Zivkovic and Slobodan Dundjerski. Marko Icelic′s team also has a real threat for Levski down low, as they acquired big man Nenad Misanovic  (217 cm), who is definitely going to do some trouble to Levski.   On the other side, Levski′s main players are just the same as last year - the scoring machine Aaron Harper (16.0 ppg), captain Stefan Georgiev (12.0 rpg) and Donald Cole, who is being a bit disappointing so far. Jason Crowe (6.5 apg) is making a good impact on the PG position for Levski.    The game starts at 18.00 local time in Hala Pionir in Belgrade and is going to be  broadcasted live on http://sportmedia.tv.
