Balkan and Rilski in the Bulgarian BIBL derby

Balkan Botevgrad and the 2009 EUROHOLD Balkan League champions Rilski Sportist are playing tonight in the Bulgarian derby of the 3rd round. The game starts at 18.00 in the Sports Complex in Pravets.   Balkan are making their debut participation in the BIBL, as this will be their first home game. In their first game from the season in the League they lost away from home to KK Mornar Bar (79:71). Rilski Sportist have a 1-1 balance after winning against BC Mures (79:80) and losing at home versus Feni (76:86).   In the Bulgarian league, Balkan have a 3-1 balance, while Rileco are 2-2. The two teams met in the third round and Balkan won 73:61, so Rilski will be looking to get a revenge for that loss.   Joshua Gonner is leading Balkan in scoring (20.0 ppg), while Dwayne Morton is having 8.0 rpg and Lubomir Lilov is passing 4.0 assists.
