Domestic leagues: Rilski handed home loss by Lukoil

Rilski Sportist lost another game, and quickly forgot about the BIBL win against KK Mornar earlier this week. In a game from the seventh round of the Bulgarian NBL, Aleksandar Todorov′s team was defeated at home by the defending Bulgarian champions Lukoil Academic. The final score in Arena Samokov was 75:91 in Lukoil′s favor.   Rileco didn′t have a chance, as Lukoil started strong and didn′t let the lead slip from them for a second. They were up by 10 at halftime (32:42), and after 40 minutes the score was 75:91.   Dimitar Karadjovski was the top scorer for Rilski, as he had 22 points coming off the bench. Ivan Lilov added 21, as thos two were the only players in blue to score 10 or more points.   Kaspars Kambala scored 26 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for Lukoil, while Brandon Bowman added 19 points.   Rilski are fifth in the table with 2-5, while Lukoil are first with 7-0.
