Domestic leagues: Home loss for Brod-Svjetlost, they dropped down to fifth

KK Brod-Svjetlost lost at home in Round 8 of the Croatian League. At Vijus Arena in Slavonski Brod, Zoran Kalpic′s squad wasn′t good enough and was defeated by Darda 58:63.   Matej Karlovic (18 points) and Igor Maric (11) were the only players from the home team to score in double digits. Srdan Helbich and Ozren Misic added 7 points each.   On the other side, Ivan Krolo dominated the paint for Darda, scoring 16 points, as he also added 14 rebounds in his team′s winning effort.   After this loss, Brod-Svjetlost dropped down to the fifth spot in the table, as they have a 50% balance now - 4 wins and 4 losses.
