Domestic leagues: Lukoil hands Levski second loss for the season

The reigning champion in Bulgaria - Lukoil Academic handed Levski their second loss of the season in the NBL. Titi Papazov′s squad were defeated in Pravets 103:98, but remained on the second position in the table.   The home side managed to build a comfortable lead in the first half (55:50 after 20 minutes) and didn′t let it slip until the end of the regular 40 minutes to defeat Levski 103:98.   Travis Peterson led Lukoil with 25 points and 9 rebounds, while five other players finished in double digits regarding scoring.   Gjorgi Cekovski scored 23 points agaisnt his old team, while Donald Cole added 21. Aaron Harper had 16, Pavel Ivanov 15 and Jason Crowe finished the game with 12.
