Feni Industries made 4 in a row, stayed on the top of Group B
This is Feni second victory as a guest, and now they stand alone on the top of Group B with a balance of 4-1, while KK Mornar are on the second place with 3-2 record.
The game started off with a 4-0 run for the host from Bar, but Jarrid Frye scored a basket and a foul, followed by three-pointer from Ognen Stonajovski, which gave up to Feni first lead in the match – 6:8. Mornar quickly started pressing their opponents and equal the score – 14:14 with 4.22 left in the first. In the remaining time the lead was change and after 10 minutes the guests from Kavadarci were up by 5 points – 22:27.
In the begining of the second quarter, Feni took the game in their hand an the difference varied between 4 and 6 points until the end of the quarter. Halfway through the game the guest team was up by 6 - 40:46. Vojdan Stojanovski was the best scorer on the court during the first half with 11 points for Feni, while
Jarrid Frye has 6 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Novak Popovic led Mornar with 8 points.
Feni Industries start the second half in the best possible way, as they managed to increase their lead to double-digit – 48-60. KK Mornar tried to turn the things around, but Feni didn’t let the difference to drop. After the third period Emil
Rajkovic’s side still had the lead 60-70.
In the decisive fourth period, Mornar made a lot of attempts to decrease their trail, but with a great offence play and a strong defence, KK Feni Industries kept their lead until the end. In the last minutes, OKK found the way to come back in the game,managing to melt down the difference to 6 points, but however the Macedonian champion maintained their position in the last quarter, and didn′t let the victory to slip away, as finally they won 84-95 in order to make it four wins in a row in the EUROHOLD Balkan League 2010/2011.
Jarrid Frye was the most efficient for the winners with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Vojdan Stojanovski scored 17 points, while Dusan Knezevic ended with 11 points and 9 rebounds.
Young Montenegrin Nemanja Radovic finished with 18 points and 4 rebounds for Mornar, while Ivan Jelenic has 13 points, 3 boards and 4 assists in the losing case.
