The defending 2010 EUROHOLD Balkan League champions BC Levski Sofia added a new name to their roster in the first days of 2010. Titi Papazov will now have in his team 222-cm tall  American center Priest Lauderdale.
 
Lauderdale is a well-known name not only in Bulgaria, but in the Balkans as well. He played for Lukoil Academic from 2002 until 2006. PL has two seasons in the NBA, as he has played a total of 74 games for the Atlanta Hawks and the Denver Nuggets.
 
He has also played for Apollon Limasol (Cyprus), Al-Hilal (Saudi Arabia), Shangdong Lions (China), Mahram Teheran and Saba  Mehr in Iran and Bulgarian Chernomoretz where he started this season.
 
The 37-year old big man, who holds Bulgarian citizenship averaged 23.3 points, 13.0 rebounds, 2.1. assists and 2.9 blocks per game in 12 Bulgarian league games with Chernomoretz.
 
"If everything is good regarding his health, he will play for Levski. It′s official that Priest signed a contract with us until the end of the season with an option for one more year" Titi Papazov said.
