The defending EUROHOLD Balkan League champions - BC Levski Sofia didn′t have any trouble in their road game in Slavoski Brod against local side KK Brod-Svjetlost. The Blues, who were without their head coach Titi Papazov beat the young Croatian team by 33 points - 74:107.  
Levski, whose head coach for tonight′s game was Toni Dechev didn′t have any trouble at all, and dominated the game from the start. After the first quarter the Bulgarian squad was 7 points ahead - 23:30. Halfway through the game, the BIBL champs from 2010 held a comfortable 21-point lead - 36:57.   After halftime Zoran Kalpic′s team managed to decrease their losing, as they took the third period 27:19 and were trailing by 13 points before the closing period of the game. However in the fourth quarter Levski didn′t have trouble and after 11:31 the final score was settled at 74:107.   Levski remained on top in Group A with a 5-1 balance, as the second team - OKK Beograd have one game less at this point. On the other side Brod-Svjetlost remained on the bottom in Group A, still winless, and their balance is now 0-6.   Igor Maric scored 20 points and added 8 rebounds in his team′s losing effort. Luka Petkovic made his BIBL debut with 14 points and 8 assists, while Matej Karlovic and Petar Zivkovic added 12 points each.   Aaron Harper scored 25 for Levski along with 5 assists and 5 rebounds. Donald Cole had 15 points plus also 5 boards and 5 assists. Stanislav Slaveykov finished with 12 points, and Asen Velikov added 11.   In the next round on the 26th of January Levski are hosting OKK Beograd in a direct battle for the first place, while Brod-Svjetlost are traveling to visit HKK Zrinjski in Mostar.
