BC Rilski Sportist, the 2009 EUROHOLD Balkan League champions reached the semifinals of the Bulgarian Cup for the second straight year. They defeated Chernomoretz 89:79 in their quarterfinal battle, and will face Lukoil Academic in the semis.
 
Ivan Lilov scored 36 points for Rileco in the win. Aleksandar Gruev added 12, while Martin Marinov finished with 10.
 
Hristo Zahariev scored 25 for Chernomoretz in the loss, while Asen Saraliyski added 18 and 14 rebounds.
 
Rilski are playing against Lukoil Academic on Saturday from 18.00.
