Road to the Final Four: KK Feni Industries

Today we are presenting you the host team of the 2011 EUROHOLD Balkan League Final Four - KK Feni Industries. The team is one of the most experienced in the Balkan League, as they have participated in all three editions of the league. And something more - this is their third consecutive Final Four.
 
This season Feni were drawn in Group B, along with the teams of KK Mornar, BC Rilski Sportist, BC Mures and BC Balkan. Emil Rajkovic′s boys finished on the first spot in their group, with a balance of 6 wins and 2 losses and qualified directly to the Final 4. The two losses came from the other semifinalist - KK Mornar (100:106 after OT at home) and from BC Mures (85:70 away).
 
Jarrid Frye has been the team′s most efficient player so far. He participated in all 8 games, averaging 14.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.9 steals. Slobodan Mihajlovski had 14.3 points and 4.4 rebounds over seven games, while Vojdan Stojanovski adds 10.5 points, 4.1 boards and 2.1 assists. Darko Sokolov has 10.4 points and 3.6 assists and the team captain Goran Samardziev had 9.6 points and 5.4 assists.
 
Feni are the only team to appear in the Final 4 in all of the team′s participations in the BIBL. In 2009 they finished fourth, and last season they lost in the semifinals again.
 
The team will be looking to make their hometown fans happy, but in order to get to the final for the first time in their history they will have to go through Mornar, who already beat them once in Jasmin Hall this season.
