"I want to cangratulate the management of Feni Industries, because in this hard times, they took the responsibility to organize the Final 4 in Macedonia. Montenegrin basketball school has tradition in the basketball area, also KK Mornar has a lot of potential in their squad.  We are in very difficult situations, as we lost the final of the Bulgarian Cup and also made some poor performances in the local championship. Our team is not in the great condition, but i hope that we will defend the title.  Levski and Rilski know very well each other. We played a lot of games between us in the recent
years, so i think nobody could surprise the other side with something. BIBL is a great chance for the teams in the Balkan area to show their ambitions and to gain international experience."
