Domestic leagues: Balkan lost their homecourt advantage in the playoffs

BC Balkan lost their homecourt advantage in the quarterfinal playoffs of the Bulgarian NBL. Nikolay Peev′s team suffered a dramatic 63:65 defeat at home against Yambol and now is trailing 0-1 in the best of three series.   Georgi Davidov and Dwayne Morton were the only players who performed well for the greens. Davidov scored 22 points and added 9 rebounds, while Morton had a double-double - 10 points and 13 boards.   Pavel Marinov led Yambol with 16 points, and also three other players scored 10 or more points for Ivan Cholakov′s team.   The second game is in Yambol on Friday.
