BC Balkan lost their homecourt advantage in the quarterfinal playoffs of the Bulgarian NBL. Nikolay Peev′s team suffered a dramatic 63:65 defeat at home against Yambol and now is trailing 0-1 in the best of three series.
Georgi Davidov and Dwayne Morton were the only players who performed well for the greens. Davidov scored 22 points and added 9 rebounds, while Morton had a double-double - 10 points and 13 boards.
Pavel Marinov led Yambol with 16 points, and also three other players scored 10 or more points for Ivan Cholakov′s team.
