The biggest referee camp in Europe starts in Varna

The biggest referee camp in Europe starts in Varna, together with the Bulgarian U16 Men Finals. The participants in the camp will officiate the games from the finals, as the start of the group phase is today in the Palace of Culture and Sports and in Hristo Borisov Hall.
 
Just like last year in Samokov, where the camp was held, the participants aren′t only from Europe, as there are referees from Japan and Saudi Arabia.
 
The instructors and lectors this year are Alan Richardson, Shay Shtriks (Sports Director of the BIBL), Kamen Toshev (Competition Manager of the BIBL), Todd Warnick, Gjorgi Piperkov, Valentin Lazarov and Mansour Al-Ahmari, and also Claudio Vitagliano is part of the camp staff.
 
The camp is being organized by the EUROHOLD Balkan League in cooperation with Can Do Basketball and with the Bulgarian Basketball Federation.
