Branko Cuic and Zlatko Jovanovic join BC Timisoara

Branko Cuic and Zlatko Jovanovic will play for BC Timisoara in the upcoming 2011/2012 season. They are the newest additions to the team, after Predrag Badnjarevic was announced as Timisoara′s head coach.   Branko Cuic is a 196-cm tall guard, who comes from another Romanian outfit - CS U-Mobitelco Cluj-Napoca, where he averaged 9.9 points, 5 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 44 appearances last season.   Zlatko Jovanovic, a 181-cm tall guard finished last season in Iran with Towzin Electric Kashan. Prior to that he played consecutively for Borac Nektar Banja Luka in Bosnia, where he averaged 15.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game. He has also played for Bosna Sarajevo in the Adriatic League in 2009/10.
