Darko Sokolov will stay one more season with Feni

The 2011 EUROHOLD Balkan League champion - KK Feni Industries will keep one of their key players for one more season, as Darko Sokolov extended his contract with the club. This will be Sokolov′s third season with the team from Kavadarci.   Sokolov, who is also part of the Macedonian NT was a key figure for Feni in their championship run last season. After a solid performance in the regular season, and great games in the Final 4, he was chosen for Pepsi MVP of the BIBL Final 4.   In 9 BIBL games last season, including 8 starts, Sokolov averaged 13.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists, shooting 42% from long range.   He has played for Strumica and Rabotnicki, before joining KK Feni Industries. Currently Sokolov is preparing with the Macedonian NT for EuroBasket 2011.
