Bulgaria with 2 losses in Cyprus, Bosnia beats Macedonia

The countries members of the EUROHOLD Balkan League continue their preparation for the upcoming EuroBasket 2011 in Lithuania. In their latest games Bulgaria suffered two losses in the tournament in Cyprus, while Bosnia managed to defeat Macedonia.
 
In the first day of the tourney, the Bulgarian NT suffered a heavy loss against their opponent in the group phase of EuroBasket - Russia. Rosen Barchovski′s team was crushed by David Blatt′s boys by 37 points of difference - 51:88. Chavdar Kostov scored 12 in the loss.
 
In their second game the Bulgarians lost to Poland - 55:65. Deyan Ivanov had 14 points, while Filip VIdenov added 11 in the losing effort.
 
Another pair of countries from the BIBL - Bosnia & Herzegovina and Macedonia faced each other in the first day of the Adecco Cup. Bosnia won the game 50:55, after 19 points by Mirza Teletovic and 13 from Nihad Djedovic. Kiril Nikolovski scored 13 for Macedonia, and Vojdan Stojanovski added 10.
