EuroBasket 2011: Serbia is out of the semifinals, after losing to Russia

Serbia lost to Russia 77:67 in the last quarterfinal game of EuroBasket 2011, and will have to fight for a spot in the Olympic qualifying tournament. The Serbians will now play for the places from 5th to 8th, while Russia will face France in the semifinals.
Andrei Kirilenko made the difference in the game, as the Russian forward was all over the place. He finished the game with 14 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists, 4 steals and 2 blocked shots. Viktor Khryapa and Andrey Vorontsevich added 11 points each, while Aleksey Shved added 10 points and 5 assists.
Milos Teodosic led Serbia in scoring - 20 points, but he also commited 9 turnovers. Nenad Krstic added 13 points in the loss.
In their next game Serbia will play Greece, while Russia is facing France in the semifinals.News
