Rilski released Atanas Radev, Djordje Jovanovic is the team′s new addition

Rilski Sportist decided to part ways with power forward Atanas Radev. The 202-cm tall Bulgarian is no longer part of the team, as he was released and is now free to look for a new club.
 
Radev came to Samokov in the beginning of last season after a solid 2009/2010 campaign with Balkan, when he averaged 12.0 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists. Last season he appeared in 2 BIBL games for Rilski, averaging 8.5 points and 2.0 rebounds. However he suffered a heavy knee injury, and couldn′t showcase what he′s capable of with the jersey of Rileco.
 
The team′s newest addition is Djordje Jovanovic - a 209-cm tall Serbian center, who played for Macedonian side KK Lirija. In 9 games for the club last season he achieved 14.0 points, 9.3 rebounds and 0.8 assists.
