KK Torus - SCBT name Marjan Srbinovski as their new head coach

KK Torus - SC Boris Trajkovski have named Marjan Srbinovski as their new head coach. This comes just one day after Slobodan Petrovski was released from the position, as the main reason for his departure was the team′s bad performance in the most recent period. In the Balkan League, under Slobodan Petrovski Torus has one win and three losses.   Marjan Srbinovski has signed a contract for year and a half, and now he can use the pause in the Macedonian championship to get to know the team and prepare for his debut in the BIBL on the 11th of January in Belgrade against OKK Beograd.   "This Torus team has a lot of potential, and that′s why I accepted this job." Srbinovski said. "The individual qualities of the players are on a high level, and what we have to concentrate on in the upcoming days is to get the atmosphere right and work on our performance as a team."   "In the Macedonian championship our ambitions are the highest possible - reaching the semifinals in the playoffs and the cup, while in the Balkan League we will try to get to the quarterfinals, but our schedule is really heavy. In January we have two away games, but we will do our best." Srbinovski added.   Most recently he has worked for Rabotnicki Skopje.
