Domestic leagues: Rilski Sportist with a big win against Levski in Sofia

Rilski Sportist achieved a big win in the Bulgarian NBL just a few days before their important game from the EUROHOLD Balkan League against OKK Beograd. In Round 20 of the NBL, Rosen Barchovski′s boys surprised Levski in Sofia in the Bulgarian BIBL derby, beating them by 14 points - 77:91.
Riletso had control of the game during the whole time, as entering the fourth quarter, the score was 48:78 - 30 points more for the visiting side, but Levski managed to make the defeat a bit less painful and after a good fourth quarter the final difference was 14 points - 77:91.
Branko Mirkovic was on top of his game, finishing with a double-double - 17 points and 10 assists. Ante Bilobrk also had 17 points, while Filip Vukosavljevic scored 14. Martin Marinov and Sasa Mijajlovic finsihed with 11 points off the bench each.
Aaron Harper had 14 for Levski, while four other players finished with 10 points each, as Vassil Evtimov impressed with 10 points and 15 rebounds.
Rilski are third in the NBL with 12 wins and 8 losses, while Levski are second with 16 wins and 4 losses.
Next week (March 6th) Riletso are playing against OKK in a decisive game in the Balkan League, as they need a win in order to go through to the quarterfinals. Levski are visiting Feni in Kavadarci, as they have already secured a spot in the Final 4.
