Three of the four quarterfinalists in the 2011/2012 edition of the EUROHOLD Balkan Laegue are already known. Two teams from Group A and one from Group B already guaranteed their places in the next phase, as the only question is who will be the third-placed team in Group B.

Mornar Bar finished second in Group A despite tonight′s loss against BC Timisoara away from home. The Montenegrin side shares the same balance as the third-placed Rilski Sportist (6-4), but they have advantage in the direct games between the two sides.

Rilski Sportist "caught the last train" to the quarterfinals, as they guaranteed their spot in the next phase after a win against OKK Beograd tonight in Samokov. Timisoara also had chances of qualifying, but Rilski won their game and went through.

In Group B the second-placed team is Hapoel Tel Aviv, as the Israeli side have played 8 of their games and they have a balance of 6-2, but even in theory there isn′t a chance for them to lose the second place.
The only question is the third-placed team in Group B, as this will be either the defending champion Feni Industries or Napredak Rubin. Feni needs one win in their two remaining games (against Levski tomorrow and against Zrinjski on the 20th of March) in order to qualify.

The two teams who qualify directly to the Final Four are the first-placed in the two groups - Galil Gilboa from Group A and Levski from Group B.

The one known match-up in the quarterfinals so far will be between Rilski Sportist (third in Group A) and Hapoel Tel Aviv (second in Group B).

Mornar Bar will face either Feni Industries or Napredak Rubin in their quarterfinal series.
