Domestic leagues: Galil Gilboa down 2-0 in the quarterfinals

The 2012 EUROHOLD Balkan League champion - BC Galil Gilboa lost the second game against Maccabi Ashdod in the quarterfinal playoffs of the Israeli Premier League and is now down 2-0. Away from home Lior Lubin′s side fell short by six points of difference - 75:69.   Courtney Fells scored 20 points for Gilboa in the loss, while Romeo Travis had a double-double - 19 points along with 11 rebounds. Joseph Jones added a double-double as well - 10 points and 13 rebounds.   Josh Carter scored 20 points for Maccabi Ashdod, Meir Tapiro added 15 and two other players had 10 points each in the win that gave the team a 2-0 lead.   The third game from the series will be played on Thursday.
