Domestic leagues: Hapoel lost after double overtime

Hapoel Tel Aviv lost the second game from the final series against Maccabi Beer Yakov after double overtime - 74:78 and now the score is tied - each team has one win. The score after the regular 40 minutes was 63:63.   Neither side could win it in the first overtime - 70:70, but in the second extra period it was Maccabi Beer Yakov who managed to come out on top after 8:4 and settled the final score at 74:78 in their favor, making the score in the series 1-1.   Cory Carr and Demontez Stitt had 17 points each in Hapoel′s loss, as Stitt also added 10 rebounds. Curtis Kelly scored 11 points along with 16 rebounds and 4 assists, while Yonathan Skjoldebrand had 11 points as well.   Jermaine Hall had 18 points and 14 rebounds for Maccabi. Yoad Bet-Yosef added 17 points in the win.
