Galil Gilboa adds point guard Kenny Hayes

Galil Gilboa announced signing of Kenny Hayes, a 188-centimeter tall playmaker born in 1987, for the next season. The American point guard arrives from the NBA D-League team Maine Red Claws, where he spent last two years. In the latest one he shined with 17.1 ppg, 5.2 apg and 4.1 rpg in 44 games. In 2010/11, Hayes had much lower numbers. He played for D-League Select Team at 2012 NBA Pro Summer League in Las Vegas.
Kenny Hayes is a product of Miami University, Ohio, where he graduated two years ago. He had 14.9 ppg, 3.1 apg and 2.9 rpg for his school as a senior. Hayes moved to Miami OH in 2007 from the Cincinnati State Community College.
Galil Gilboa is the reigning Balkan League champion.
