Greek team Kavala officially joins EUROHOLD Balkan League

BC "Enosi Kalathosfairisis Kavalas" officially joins EUROHOLD Balkan League. After a meeting between the BIBL management and BC Kavala, finally with the confirmation of the Hellenic Basketball Federation a Greek team and the local federation will be part of the BIBL family. 
 
BIBL Sports Director Mr. Shay Shtriks spent last week in Greece, where he finalized all details regarding the participation of Kavala in the Balkan League. 
 
EUROHOLD Balkan League is very happy and would like to thank Mr. Papaconstantinou - president of BC "Enosi Kalathosfairisis Kavalas" and Mr. Vassilakopoulos - president of the Hellenic Basketball Federation for their significant choice and good decision. As one of the newest teams in the Greek Pro League, this is an important step for Kavala and Greece as a basketball nation on every level - professional, organizational and marketing-wise. EUROHOLD Balkan League will provide the club with great opportunities to develop and improve as sports unit, as the league has been doing it already 4 seasons with all participants and will cooperate with the Hellenic Basketball Federation according to the Official Regulations of the League. EUROHOLD BIBL will also cooperate with the Greek referees department and we will support the Greek referees during the season.
