Viktor Bozinovski is the president of one of the newcomers in EUROHOLD Balkan League this season - KK Kumanovo 2009. The team started the season with a 71-69 win at home against KK Mornar. In the gym there were around 5000 people which is a record for the competition. This is what Mr. Bozinovski had to say after this victory:
"We are happy that we started with a victory in EUROHOLD Balkan League. The win had to come easier that it did but this is sport and in the end we are pleased. Probably not so much with our play but mostly with the result.
First we have to get to know how strong are the other teams and we will be able to say what expectations we may have in the competition. First we have to understand the qualities of our opponents.
I did read on the official web page of EUROHOLD BIBL that we set a new record for biggets attendance in the competiton. I didn′t know it during the game and this makes us very satisfied. There are a lot of fans in Kumanovo for every single game and I hope that in the following games in this competition we are going to have so many. Kumanovo is basketball city and we are very very pleased for having such fans. We are satisfied to be playing in EUROHOLD Balkan league."
