Second week of games in EUROHOLD Balkan League opens up on Tuesday

With the game between BC Levski Sofia and KK Djuro Djakovic will start the second week of EUROHOLD Balkan League. The match is in Sofia from group A and will start at 18.00 local time (17.00 CET).
BC Levski is the beaten finalist in the competition from last season and rested in the first week. So the team will make its debut for this season and of course will be looking to start with a win in front of its fans. The team started the local championship with a win and will try to continue in the same way. BC Levski has high ambitions in EUROHOLD BIBL for this season and "The Blues" will want to confirm them right from the start. Point guard Marko Marinovic will lead the team′s offense and Chavdar Kostov will also be one of the main options to score points. Head coach of Levski - Konstantin Papazov, is using a deep rotation with 10 players and this may be very important for this match.
On the other side KK Djuro Djakovic is coming on a high after wiinning its third straigh game in a row in the local championship. The team from Slavonski Brod started last week in EUROHOLD Balkan League and gave a hard time away at the home of current champion - BC Galil Gilboa, but lost at the end. KK Djuro Djakovic played on Sunday and may be tired for the game with Levski. This though doesn′t mean that the team from Slavonski Brod won′t try to surprise "The Blues" in their home but it would be very difficult. Brice Massamba had 15 points and 8 rebounds for the team against BC Galil Gilboa while Denis Toroman added 12 and 6. Marino Sarlija also played good game finishing with 11 points and 8 rebounds.
