Two games to be played today in EUROHOLD BIBL

The third week of competition in EUROHOLD Balkan League will open today with two games. First in group A KK Djuro Djakovic will host KK Mornar with both teams looking for their first win. Both lost their first two games in the competition and today is their chance to break the 0 in the standings.     KK Djuro Djakovic had good games in the first round and was very close to BC Galil Gilboa and BC Levski Sofia. The team is going go to be looking for the win at home in order to keep the chances of qualification alive. Brice Massamba is averaging 14.5 points, Marino Sarljia 14.0 and Marko Batina 13.0 and those three players will be the main threats for the visitors.   KK Mornar lost to KK Kumanovo 2009 in the first round and then last week was blown at home by BC Galil Gilboa. However the team still has its chances in the competition and will go out for the win later today. Lazar Radosavljevic is the team′s top scorer with 11.0 points per game but he is the only one averaging double digits in scoring. Point guard Andrej Pajovic will be important for his team′s play tonight and from his game will depend a lot. Nemanja Milosevic has 7.5 points and 7.5 rebounds and KK Mornar signed a new center - Pranas Skurdauskas, who may play in this game.   In group B KK Kozuv will host BC Kavala looking to erase the memory from last week. The team from Gevgelija wanted to be with a 2-0 record but lost heavily to BC Rilski Sportist after very bad last quarter. Now the team is going to go for the win that will tie it with their opponent as BC Kavala is top with two wins. Dimitar Karadjovski is averaging 15.0 points per game while Miladin Pekovic has 14.0. KK Kozuv started the local championship with a win and will be looking to take the momentum from that match.   On the other side BC Kavala has two wins in EUROHOLD Balkan League and recorded third straigh loss in the local league. The team is playing good in the regional competition and if it wins today it will make an important step for the qualification. For sure it will be a very difficult match but no doubt it′s going to be interesting. New signing Yannis Gagaloudis had good debut with 17 points against OKK last week as Nemanja Mitrovic is averaging 14.0 points.
