Quotes after the game between Rilski Sportist and OKK Beograd

BC Rilski Sportist won its second game in group B of EUROHOLD Balkan League. The team from Samokov defeated OKK Beograd at home by 104-86 and here is what some of the participants in the match had to say after it:
Rosen Barchovski, head coach of BC Rilski Sportist: "We had some weaknesses and mistakes in our defense in the first half and unfocused play especially playing counter attacks. At times instead of scoring points we attempted some beatiful things and the margin was very slim. In the second half the things were put in their place because we player tougher defense. I was calm all the team because the season is just starting. Any victory, especially this big, brings more confidence.
Terry Smith, player of BC Rilski Sportist: "I think that OKK was a tough team. They played good, for sure they were big which surprised me. In the second half we stepped up our defense and played better. I think we have a great chance to advance in the next round. That is definitely one of our goals - to play the better teams in the league and get in to the second round."
Vladimir Popovic, player of OKK Beograd: "I don′t know why we lost, we should that on the video. In the first half we made some mistakes that let them take an advantage while in the second half they played more agressive defense and we didn′t respond to it. The clutch for the victory were the American players of Rilski who scored about 60 points. They deserved to win the game. We have our chances until the last game. We have three away defeats and now we will try to win at Kozuv in Gevgelija in order to keep our chances for Top 6. We will try to win then also our home games and try to reach the next round."
