Ivica Dimcevski, player of KK Kumanovo 2009: "We all know what kind of team is Levski and we played very hard after losing the last game in our local championship. We came back mentally after that match and managed to win this tough game at home against Levski.

Konstantin Papazov, head coach of BC Levski: "We missed two of our main players - Nikolay Varbanov and Pavel Ivanov, and that was one of the reasons for our defeat. Chavdar Kostov and Marko Marinovic played 38 and 35 minutes respectively which is too much for the style of play we would like to have. I want to congratulate the hosts for the victory and the great atmosphere the fans created. We had good first minutes of the second half and we had control but then we made 3-4 mistakes the our opponent was back in the game. The real difference in the end is not the one showed on the scoreboard."
