Two very important games in group B today

A lot of the questions regarding the standings in group B of EUROHOLD Balkan League could be answered today. The schedule offers the games BC Kavala (Kavala, GRE) against KK Kozuv (Gevgelija, MKD) and BC Rilski Sportist (Samokov, BUL) versus KK Teodo (Tivat, MNE). Those are the top four teams in this group and will determine the Top 3 that will qualify for the next phase.
BC Kavala is welcoming KK Kozuv in a must win game. The first match in Gevgelija was won by the hosts and now Kavala must try and respond in its gym. The team has 2-2 record while Kozuv is with 3-3. The match is of very big importance as win or loss can change the fate of both squads. BC Kavala is coming after its first win in the local league which means the confidence of the players is changed. The team will rely on Yannis Gagaloudis, Anthony Grundy, William Coleman and the other to step up and fight for the win. On the other hand KK Kozuv won the first game with 5 points difference and if it doesn′t get the victory will be looking the be defeated by less to have the advantage in a potential tie between the clubs. The team from Gevgeljia will give it all to win and Miladin Pekovic, Dimitar Karadzovski, Vladimir Filipovic and Igor Mijalovic and the rest are surely going to push Kavala today.
BC Rilski Sportist is hosting KK Teodo a week after losing away to this team by 10 points. The team from Tivat is the only unbeaten in the competition so far but played all of its games in home. Now Rilski Sportist will try to stop that run and the team from Samokov has the quality to do it. Rilski is with 3 wins and 2 losses so far and with one victory will be almost 100% qualified for Top 6. The same means for Teodo although even with four losses the team can still advance. Of course the players from Tivat will want to continue without a loss and will look the make the life difficult for their hosts.
