Levski set to meet Galil Gilboa in the first rematch of last season′s final

The last big game of this week in EUROHOLD Balkan League is set to be played today. In Universiada Hall in Sofia the local BC Levski will meet BC Galil Gilboa in the first rematch between those two teams after the famous final game from the last season. Galil won that match in overtime despite the fact the Levski had the lead for most of the time. This season in group A Galil Gilboa has 4 wins and 1 loss while Levski has 2-1 record.
Both teams suffered their defeats away at KK Kumanovo 2009. Galil played there less then two days ago and perhaps will come to this match a little bit tired. Levski will want to bounce back from that loss to Kumanovo as well and of course will be looking to take a small revenge from Galil for the loss in that final. Of course it′s important for both teams to get the victory as in Top 6 the results will count. So far in the competiton for Levski two good games had Nikolay Varbanov with 18.5 points and 5.5 rebounds and also good is playing Chavdar Kostov who is averaging 17.3 points per game. In two games in the competition Jamar Smith averaged 17.5 points for Galil Gilboa but he didn′t play in Kumanovo. Dagan Yivzori is playing well and is having 14.0 points and 4.3 rebounds per game. Amit Simhon is also performing good for the team with 11.2 points in the competition so far.
