Galil Gilboa won the first place in group A of EUROHOLD Balkan League. In a battle for the top position in the group the team defeated Levski at home 72-70 and finished with a 6-2 record. Levski has 5-3 but in Top 6 both teams will go with 2 wins and 2 losses with Kumanovo as well.

Levski had a good start to the game and had an early lead. The Blues were up after the first quarter and in the second their advantage went to 7 points. Galil though answered with a 9-2 run and took the lead that was kept after the first half as well as it finished 35-32.
 
In the second half the hosts continued to have the lead and at one point Levski tied the score at 44 points. Galil though finished the third quarter better and were up 53-46. With less that two minutes to go Levski managed to take a one point lead. Galil first tied the score and than took the lead managing to hold on to it until the end. 
 
Kenny Hayes was the top scorer for the winners with 20 points as he dished out 5 assists as well. Nimrod Tishman added 19 points while Rakim Sanders scored 10.
 
For the visitors the captain Stefan Georgiev had good game and finished with 15 points. Chavdar Kostov and Dimitar Dimitrov had 13 apiece while Marko Marinovic added 10.
