Domestic leagues: Kavala lost away to Ikaros

Kavala lost its game from the 20th round in the local championship. The team visited Ikaros and was beaten 73-76. This leaves Kavala with 5 victories and 15 defeats and tied for 12th position in the league.

The game was very even in the first half and it finished 34-34. Ikaros played better in offense in the third quarter which helped the hosts pull away by 7 points. In the last ten minutes they managed to keep their lead and won this important game.

Nemanja Mitrovic was the top scorer for Kavala with 17 points. William Coleman had a double double with 16 and 10 rebounds while Christoforos Stefanidis added 12 points and 6 assists.
