Kumanovo 2009 defeated Teodo and qualified for the Final 4

KK Kumanovo 2009 is the last team to qualify for the Final 4 of EUROHOLD Balkan League. In a Top 6 game the team defeated at home KK Teodo 96-90 and now cannot be moved out of the first four places. Kumanovo has 5 wins and 4 losses with one game against Kavala away next week. Kavala has 3-6 record while Teodo is with 2-7 and both teams are out of the Final 4.
Kumanovo won the first three quarters of the game which proved to be enough. The home team took off to a great start and quickly built an 11-1 lead. They continued to be in front for the whole first quarter but the difference went down. In the second one the hosts still had the advantage but it was just 3 points early. However they quickly built their good lead once again and went on to a double digit advantage at the halftime break.
The third quarter decided the game as Kumanovo played very good in offense. The team built steadily its advantage and before the middle of the quarter were already up by 20 points. Until the end of it they managed to keep their good lead and it was like this for the first 5 minutes of the last quarter. Then Teodo made a 13-2 run that cut the deficit to just 7 points with less than two minutes to play but there was no time for more.
Great game for the winners had Anthony Lee-Ingram who finished with 24 points and 12 rebounds. Uros Lukovic had 18 points and 12 rebounds as also 18 points scored Aleksandar Kostoski.
Manuel Johnson had 19 points and 8 rebounds for the visitors while Aleksandar Radulovic added 18 points.
