Domestic leagues: Levski defeated Rilski Sportist at home

Levski defeated Rilski Sportist at home 85-61 in a game from 23th round of the local league. The two teams representing the country in EUROHOLD Balkan League met for second time in three days and once again the victory went to The Blues from Sofia. The continue to be in second place with 19 wins and 4 defeats while Rilski is now 4th with 15-8 record and tied with Balkan who are third with better record in direct matches.
The game was even right until the end of the third quarter. It finished with 5 straight points for Levski, including a triple by Zlatin Georgiev at the buzzer. Then shortly after the start of the fourth the home team made an 8-0 run that made the difference 15 points and had no problems until the end.
Pavel Ivanov was the top scorer for the winners with 20 points while Dimitar Anguelov had 19. For Rilski with 15 points finished Angelo Caloiaro and Hristo Zahariev added 12.
