Jamar Smith: I′m just ready to play

Jamar Smith is one of the main offensive weapons of Galil Gilboa. The American said that he is ready to play in the final agains Levski and had some good words about the opponent′s point guard - Marko Marinovic:   "I find the tournament very competitive. Levski are very strong team and we are looking forward to play against them. We know they are going to play until the last second in the clock but we are too so I don′t really want to say too much, I′m just ready to play.
On the way to the gym me and my coach were talking about Marinovic. Yesterday I made two plays and I was beating myself up about this. The defender was pressuring me and I went by him instead of bringing our big man. Then I came to their game and saw Marinovic and it was a kind of the same situation with 01.40 minutes left. The guy was pressuring him but he didn′t go by him although he could have a couple of times. He was just like giving him the body and I was like I had to do the same thing. He is very experienced point guard. I have a lot of respect for his game and the main thing about it is that he makes his teammates better. That′s something I′m trying to add to my game because I′ve always been a shooting guard and now I′m playing a lot more point guard since I came here. Whenever I get the chance to play against a good point guard I take little things from their game to add to mine. So I′m looking forward for the challenge tomorrow. Marinovic is a very good player."
