Domestic leagues: Rilski Sportist entered the last four

Rilski Sportist is through to the semifinals in the local league. The team won the quarterfinal series against Yambol by 2-1 wins after defeated the opponent 73-66 in the decisive Game 3. In the semifinals Rilski will meet the champions Lukoil Academic.
At the end of the first half Rilski managed to pull away by 7 points but in the third quarter Yambol tied the game. Rilski though once again pulled away and led until the end of the game as the visitors missed opportunities to cut the deficit.
Top scorer for the win was Terry Smith with 24 points as Hristo Zahariev added 17.
