Officials from Sigal Prishtina to have a working meeting with the management of EUROHOLD Balkan League

Official delegation from BC Sigal Prishtina will arrive in Sofia to have a working meeting with the management of EUROHOLD Balkan League.This meeting is to support BC Sigal Prishtina in order to start its first season in the competition in the best possible way. There will be discussions about the regulation, about the schedule and how the league can support the club. EUROHOLD Balkan League will hear from the club management about the budget of the team and all the other proffessional issues that need to be cleared. The delegation of the club from Kosovo will stay in Metropolitan Hotel and the meeting will take place there.
The official delegation of BC Sigal Prishtina includes:
Mr. Blerand Stavileci - Minister of agriculture of Kosovo and president of BC Sigal Prishtina
Mr. Lulzim Ibrahimi - Vice-president of BC Sigal Prishtina
Mr. Florian Miftor - General Director of BC Sigal Prishtina
Mr. Luan Maloku - Sports Director of BC Sigal Prishtina
For the next season EUROHOLD Balkan League has confirmations from some teams that will play in the competition. Last two season′s finalist Galil Gilboa (Israel) and Levski Sofia (Bulgaria) will stay in the league as well as Mornar Bar and Teodo Tivat from Montenegro and KK Kozuv from Macedonia. Newcomers are Craiova (Romania) and Sigal Prishtina (Kosovo).
The Macedonian federation asked the league to wait two more weeks for the name of the second team. The league received request from teams in Macedonia but the decision must come from the federation.
EUROHOLD Balkan League is waiting for an answer from the federation of Serbia regarding OKK Beograd as the team likes to continue to be part of the competiton but needs the official confirmation from the federation.
The General Secretary of Croatian federation will inform the league about option of team from Croatia in the next two weeks.
The league is waiting to get official answer from BC Balkan (Bulgaria) and from what is known BC Rilski Sportist would like to play in other competition.
The Sport Director of the competiton - Mr. Shay Shtriks, had a meeting with the contact person of BC Drama (Greece) last week and he asked them to get an answer in the next 2 weeks. It looks like that Kavala, which went down to the second league in Greece, will not participate in BIBL next season as they like to put all the effort to go back to Greek first division
In any case the format from last season will not be touched. Theire will be ten teams divided in two groups by 5. Then they will continue in Top 6 and the Last 4. The Final 4 will remain the same as well and from the information the management of the league is having regarding the budget of the teams, the competition that we are going to have will be a quality one.
