Balkan also defeated Rabotnicki

Balkan finished its preparation with a win in the team′s last friendly game. At home in Botevgrad The Greens hosted Rabotnicki and won 83-80. This was the visitors second defeat in two days as first they lost to Levski. For Balkan this was the last match before the opening of EUROHOLD Balkan League on October 15th against Teodo.
The game was even for most of the time and in the first half Rabotnicki had a great shooting and held the lead after 20 minutes. They were up by 6 points but quickly Balkan came back in the game and the teams started to exchange baskets. With the score tied at 71 Martin Marinov scored a triple and later Ivan Lilov sealed the win with one of his own.
Top scorer for the winners was Stanimir Marinov with 19 points. Pavel Marinov had 14, while Peter Sedmak and Wes Eikmeier both scored 13 points.
