BC Galil Gilboa won a big game at home against KB Sigal Prishtina

Current EUROHOLD Balkan League champions - BC Galil Gilboa are now the only unbeaten team in the new season. This became fact after they downed KB Sigal Prishtina 71-66 at home and handed the opponent first loss of the campaign. Next game for Galil is on November 20th at home against Levski while next week Sigal host KK Teodo.

The game was very even in the first half but the second started with a 9-0 run for Galil and the team pulled away. The visitors though responded quickly with 8 straight points to cut their deficit to just 2 and from then on the game continued to be very close. Galil was leading for all the time and they managed to built a 9-point advantage in the last quarter. Once again though the players of Sigal didn′t give up and later with a 7-0 run came as close as 1 point with two minutes to play. Then both teams exchanged baskets before Gerald Robinson scored two free throws for Galil in the final seconds. Then the visitors made a mistake and the game was over as Rick Jackson still hade time to dunk the ball.

Adrian Banks and Gerald Robinson scored 18 points apiece for the winners as double double with 10 and 10 rebounds had Drago Pasalic.

For the visitors Kendrick Jones had 14 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists while Dardan Berisha scored 13 points missing all of his 6 three-point attempts.
