Win for Balkan in the first home game of the season

BC Balkan hosted SCM U Craiova in its first home game of the season in EUROHOLD Balkan League. After going 1-3 on the road, The Greens from Botevgrad won 89-62 at home and improved their record. In the same time Craiova is tied with Balkan as both team stand at 2-3.
 
The visitors started very well the game and quickly took a 10-2 lead. Balkan though answered with a great 21-2 run and suddenly had a double digit advantage. Then in both second and third quarter Balkan′s lead was around 10 points as the visitors never really threaghtened The Greens. At the end of the hosts′s advantage went close to 20 points and in the final minutes it even almost reached 30.
 
Top scorer for Balkan was Ivan Lilov with 24 points but a great game had Noah Dahlman who had 20 points and 17 rebounds. 
 
For the visitors Bogdan Popescu had 18 points and 8 boards as Travis Bureau added 10 points.
