Domestic leagues: Kumanovo 2009 lost to Kozuv at home

KK Kumanovo 2009 lost 66-70 at home to KK Kozuv in a match between the two Macedonian participants in EUROHOLD Balkan League. Both squads met in the 9th round of the local league and the visitors did better. Kozuv is on top of the standings and 7 wins and 1 defeat while Kumanovo is 4th with a 5-3 record.   Kozuv had a great first three quarter when the team built a big lead. They led by 21 points after 30 minutes and in the last ten the visitors tried a comeback. They managed to cut the deficit but the gap was too big.   Vladimir Filipovic had 17 points for the winners while Dimitar Mirakovski scored 13.    For the home team Vukasin Mandic scored 22 points as Royce Parran added 20.
