The last week of EUROHOLD Balkan League in year 2013 offers us three very very interesting matches. In the next three days we′ll have one each but for surely each will offer us a lot of exciment as there are also two local derby games.

We tip off with the Macedonian derby between KK Kumanovo 2009 and KK Kozuv. The hosts will try everything to get their fifth straigh win in their own gym and confirm themselves on the top of the table. They will rely on Royce Parran, Uros Lukovic, Vukasin Mandic and Ivan Miskovic to put the ball in Kozuv′s basket. On the other side the team from Gevgelija has very experienced players who know how to win. Karadzovski, Bozovic and Mijalovic are performing well so far and will give their best to win in Kumanovo.

On Wednesday in Kosovo the local champion KB Peja will welcome EUROHOLD Balkan League winner BC Galil Gilboa. The hosts will be looking for their third home win in a row and will count on the great form of Samir Saptahovic, the experience of Fred House and the play of Drilon Hajrizi. The visitors will put their young squad to a test in the difficult enviroment in the gym where the fans are supporting very well their team. DeShawn Sims started well his career in the tournament as he, Rick Jackson and Nimrod Tishman are playing constantly so far.

The last game of the year will be played on Thursday and will feature the two Bulgarian teams - BC Balkan and BC Levski. The hosts of Botevgrad will give their everything to defeat The Blues and gain an advantage as both teams will meet 10 days later in the Bulgarian championship. Stanimir Marinov and Martin Marinov will be missed for the home team but they signed Aleksandar Gruev and Pavel Marinov, Ivan Lilov and Noah Dahlman are in good shape. Levski will also try its best to win and Lionel Chalmers, Jumaine Jones and Pavel Ivanov will have to play well. Nikolay Varbanov and Hristo Zahariev′s roles will also be important and surely we can expect a good match as these teams always play hard against each other.   After Balkan′s win over Beroe during the weekend the head coach Aleksandar Todorov said that his team is going out to try and take two wins against Levski in the two weeks: "In both games against Levski we are going out for the win. In EUROHOLD Balkan League until now we are the only team without a loss at home which gives us some advantage."
