Aleksandar Todorov, head coach of BC Balkan: "It′s a deserved win for us, we had control for the whole game. We allowed a let down at the end which is due to the fact that we missed four free throws. We had to finish off the game but we missed those shots. I wished that we could play now for the Bulgarian championship and not to have to play in ten days once again but that′s it... Then we′ll have a new game and we′′ll try not to repeat the mistakes we made this time. I want to congratulate my players who played an excellent defense against a team like Levski - we received only 64 points. They also had scouted us well. We won with defense and now we have 11 days to rest during the holidays."
 
Aleksandar Gruev, player of BC Balkan: "I feel wonderful in Balkan. The team is playing good basketball, perhaps today we felt more pressure and this is why the result is like that. We played very good defense which turned out to be the most important for the win. We defeated the second team in the Bulgarian league and in EUROHOLD Balkan League so I think we have good chances for good positions. We only need to work. When the injured players return we′ll have a bigger rotation."
