Three games will be played this week in EUROHOLD Balkan League. One is on Tuesday and the two others are on Wednesday.
First of all we′ll witness the derby of Kosovo as KB Peja will host KB Sigal Prishtina in the second meeting between the two teams. They both have new coaches compared to the last time and it will be interesting to see them in action in this game. The home team will rely on the support of its fans and the inspired play of Samir Shaptahovic, Fred House and the others. Sigal on the other side also has very experienced played we should expect a great game. With a win Peja will be tied with Sigal and the stakes in this match are really very big.
In Israel BC Galil Gilboa will host KK Kumanovo 2009 and will try to get its second straight home win after the drama with SCM U Craiova last week. The champions have the fewest defeats in the competition so far and they will try to continue that after this round. Kumanovo is on a bad run of five straight defeats as the injuries hit hard the team. For sure the players will fight hard but the chances seem to favour the hosts.
The final game of the week is SCM U Craiova against BC Balkan. The hosts need to win their last two games in order to keep their hopes of reaching the Top 6. Last week they were close to do so against Galil Gilboa but lost in overtime and now will try to bounce back. Balkan will come to this match very tired as the team played three matches during the tournament for the Cup of Bulgaria. However both teams will give their best to win and we should be in for another great game.News
