BC Balkan recorded a very important away win over SCM U Craiova which increased the team′s chances of reaching not only the Top 6 but even to qualify directly for the Final 4. We know that Balkan is very good team, very fast penetrating and good shooting team. Our boys did their best on the court but we couldn′t stop the fast break and the three-points and that killed us, especially Martin Marinov who was the one to win the game. He made some threes when the moment was very key. Balkan played very fast, especially in transition and this is why I decided to put another player at position 4. I want to congratulate my players and the supporters that came to the game."   Peter Babic, player of SCM U Craiova: "The better team won. We were fighting for all the 40 minutes and we did give our 100%. Unfortunately tonight they were the better team. They had more than 50% shooting from three-point range and that was the reason they won the game. I want to thank the supporters because they are coming and helping the players to give 100%."     Aleksandar Todorov, head coach of BC Balkan: "This was very important win for us. We needed one or two to secure a spot in the top 6 and after this game I think our chances improved dramatically. I told the players that it was important to make as fewest turnovers as possible, to make our free throws and to get as much rebounds as possible. We shot free throws with high percentage, won the rebounding battle and we hade 15 turnovers but none in the last quarter. It was important that we won against a very good team with very good players and a good coach."
