Goran Dimitrijevikj, head coach of Kumanovo 2009: We still have chances for the Top 6
10-03-2014 | 15:23
KK Kumanovo 2009 is hosting BC Levski tomorrow in a very important game for both teams. 24 hours before the match the head coach of the team - Goran Dimitrijevikj, spoke about it, about his team chances and confirmed that three of his players are leaving the roster:
"Yes, I can confirm that three players are leaving us. There was a conflict inside the team - a division between the foreigners and local players. This players are Ivica Dimcevski, Darko Stanimirovikj and Darko Radulovikj.
We are thinking about new players, surely there will be some. In then days will start the Superleague in Macedonia, MZT is coming so this is the real start of the championship.
We still have chances for Top 6 in EUROHOLD Balkan League. We need one win - over Levski tomorrow or against Kozuv.
Levski is the favourite in this match. They have a strong team, they also won the Bulgarian Cup. Here though in front of our full gym we′ll give our best. This is the team that was making the results in the beginning of the season. Dimcevski wasn′t playing and Stanimirovikj and Radulovikj had smaller role.
Uros Lukovic will play against Levski, he is ready. We had five defeats in a row playing away games and then we lost also at home. All the teams are strong and for example Balkan was also losing away at the start. At home though we play very good and lost only to Sigal and Teodo, but before that we had defeated Teodo away. We have a chance also to win against Levski and then against Kozuv as well. We′ll fight and my team is very solid."News
