BC Galil Gilboa made a great 14-0 run to finish the game against BC Balkan and to complete a comeback that let them take the win. It kept them top of the standings and it was the first at home for The Greens who had to play this match in Sofia and not in Botevgrad. Here is what both head coaches said after the match:
 
 
Aleksandar Todorov, head coach of BC Balkan: "Very unpleasant last five minutes because we have only three points. We missed an important points and that broke the game. On the other side they scored some points you can′t score in practice. This is the difference when you have a classy point guard and on that you have to develop by yourself. In the first half we didn′t play good defense but in the third quarter and the first five minutes of the fourth we did. The atmosphere in Botevgrad was missing. They knew what′s in Botevgrad and that′s why forced us to play here. We had no choice. Our next game against Levski in the local league is the most important of the season so far. If you pay me the fine I′ll comment on the referees so my answer is No Comment."
 
 
Sharon Drucker, head coach of BC Galil Gilboa: "I expected a tough game because we missed our center Rick Jackson who is injured. Despite that we came here to play a good game. We expected strong game from Balkan as well because this is one very serious and well trained team. We had to adapt ourselves during the game in order to win it. Our goal is to finish first in the regular season and that′s why we are happy we made another step towards it. EUROHOLD Balkan League is getting better with each year - with teams, with officiating with organization, and everybody is taking it very serious. This is a good European league and the sports halls especially in Macedonia, Romania and Bulgaria are full."
